Trainee SEND Co-ordinator job summary
NET Academies Trust are looking for a Trainee SENCo to join our successful team on a permanent bases from January 2022. Applicants must have QTS and be an exemplary classroom practitioner. They must have a keen interest or experience in teaching or leading SEND provision in a primary setting. The Trust will provide highly supportive, comprehensive practical and theoretical training, CPD alongside additional progression opportunities including the option to complete registered qualifications. The role will be working across the Harlow academies based in West Essex, therefore own transport is a necessity.
The Trainee SENCo, under the guidance of the Director of Inclusion and the SEND team, will train and develop the knowledge and skills needed to carry out SENCo duties across the Academy with the intention that you will become a qualified SENCo who will carry out SENCo duties where required.
