Training Coordinator/Administrator job summary

Responsible for providing a professional administrative and support service for all aspects of the Trust’s Learning Alliance, including budget expenditure and monitoring, to ensure the smooth and effective operations of our training and learning events. 

Our Learning Alliance was created to develop and promote the strong learning culture across the Trust. Developing professional skills and providing effective learning opportunities for our people. With this investment we are proud of our talented and dedicated teachers, support staff and leadership teams, who work effectively within our academies and across the wider Trust, sharing best practice and continue to develop and contribute to the wider educational system. 

This is a crucial role within the People Directorate, as we to continue to develop and deliver the leadership and development strand of our people strategy. 

About You: 

Achieving greatness through our people, we are looking for an exceptional individual to coordinate the Trust’s professional development and learning opportunities for leaders, teachers and support staff. 

Joining the People Directorate team, you should enjoy working collaboratively, be able to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, be well-organised, adopt resilience, work at a fast pace, meet deadlines whilst prioritising to meet changing requirements. All underpinned with effective planning, organisational and customer service skills, along with a good level of competency with all Microsoft products and experience of working with digital systems (such as Skype for Business, Virtual College, Access and SharePoint). This role requires a level of flexibility and travel will sometimes be required.
