are seeking a highly organised Trips Administrator to coordinate the delivery
of highly memorable experiences for our students, including overseas trips,
outdoor education, cultural experiences, and curriculum trips. Under the
direction of the Assistant Director of Finance and Operation, you will be
responsible for planning, managing, and delivering administrative and financial
support for residential school activities, trips, and visits, whilst following
and devising policies and procedures to meet the needs of the school. The
postholder will also provide support within the finance team. This is a varied and busy role and will
require the postholder to have very strong organisation and numeracy skills and
be a confident communicator as liaison will include Senior Leaders, teaching
and support staff, parents, students, and external agencies.
ideal candidate will:
- Possess confident ICT
skills as they will need to use Parentpay, SIMS and FMS (training will be
provided). They will also need to
be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and have a good eye for detail for

Salary: Scale 4 Point 7 £25,629 per
annum (Actual pro rata salary £12,760)
