Trips and Finance Assistant job summary
About this role
This is a great opportunity to join our school at a very exciting time in its journey and to play a key role in our endeavour to support our young people to engage positively in their learning. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic finance/trips assistant to complement our existing finance team whilst also being responsible for the smooth organisation of our school trips.
What skills / experience are required
The successful candidate should be highly organised with strong verbal and written communications skills
A commitment to team working and understand the importance of strong working relationships, whilst also being able to use their own initiative and work independently
Demonstrate an attention to detail and be motivated and committed to working to a high standard.
Good numeracy and literacy skills as well as general administrative and / or finance experience
Experience of using IT systems and ability to be trained and learn new systems
Finance experience is desirable but your ability and desire to learn and become a key member of our team is essential.
