Trust Administration Lead (PA to CEO) job summary
Due to the expansion of our provision we have the following vacancy:
PA to CEO and Senior Administrator to the Trust including Governance.
Salary: Grade 7 from £36,785 FTE Permanent and Term time + 3 weeks (pro rata)
To provide a high level, professional PA and administrative support to the Chief Executive to enable the CEO to operate effectively in the role.
Provide a high level secretariat function to the meetings as directed.
The post holder will support, organise and manage administration, support systems, co-ordinate data and other activities that enable the effective running of the Stephenson MK Trust.
This will include PA support to the Trust CEO, Trust Executive Leaders and support for other central Trust staff.
The majority of work will support the delivery of the Trust Development plan, however some Academy based work may be required to support individual Academies. The PA to the CEO will work in areas such as diary management, communications, governance support and general office management duties. There may also be some specific support for specialist functions such as finance or human resources should this be required.
