About the Role
St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust (STOC) is seeking to appoint a Trust Attendance Leader. The purpose of this role is to support and challenge schools within the Trust with improving their attendance and help them in overcoming barriers that may hinder good attendance.
We are looking for an individual who:
- will play a pivotal role in driving a diligent culture of excellent
attendance.
- has strong moral purpose and exemplary interpersonal skills.
- will work closely with the CEO, CPO, Headteachers and School
Attendance Leads.
- Is able to relate to families who may be hard to reach.
- will contribute to the strategic objectives of the trust via your
first-class leadership of all strategic plans that aim to ensure that
our pupils and staff are safe and happy and attend school regularly
