Trust Attendance Officer job summary
Astrea Academy Trust have an exciting opportunity for a Trust Attendance Officerto join their Central Team.
Our successful candidate will:
- Use specialist knowledge and experience to support pupils, families and academies to ensure at least good attendance and punctuality at school
- Lead collaborative initiatives to promote attendance across our eighteen primary schools
- Have previous experience as an Education Welfare Officer, Parent Liaison, Family Support Worker or related profession
- Understand potential barriers to school attendance
- Be a skilled communicator - working effectively across different academies, teams and external stakeholders
- Manage and understand trust wide and academy attendance data, to identify patterns and trends.
