QUEST Academy Trust educates over 1700 children and young people across its five schools and nursery provisions within the Northwest. Quest is looking to appoint a Data and Strategy Manager who will take central lead on data and MIS projects, systems, reporting and analysis functions across all disciplines. The successful candidate will have the necessary skills and attributes to provide strategic leadership and management on and within Data, Assessment, Examinations and MIS to drive the use of data to raise standards across the trust.

The Trust Data and Strategy Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of Trust and Schools Data, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Management Information System (MIS) - Bromcom, PowerBi and Vision . The role will involve data reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in data management within an educational setting
  • Proficiency in MIS - Bromcom or similar systems
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
