An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced and strategic finance and operations leader to join Moorlands Learning Trust (MLT) as our Director of Finance and Operations. This is a new executive role in our leadership structure, offering the chance to shape and lead high quality financial and operations management across a large and complex public-sector organisation.
Working as part of the Executive Team and reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust financial stewardship, strengthening our operational excellence, and supporting the delivery of the Trust’s strategic priorities at a key stage in our development.
As a values driven Trust with a strong commitment to integrity, collaboration and empowerment, we are looking for a senior professional with a proven track record of leading finance and operations in a complex environment. You will bring exceptional analytical skills, strategic insight and professional credibility, together with the ability to inspire confidence and build trusted relationships across our Trust community.
