Trust Estate Manager job summary
The Greensand Multi-Academy Trust is looking to appoint a motivated and ambitious Trust Estates Manager. The successful candidate will be based at Reigate School for four days per week, and will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the premises. One day a week will be working flexibly within our family of six schools based across Reigate and Crawley. Alongside the Finance and Operations Director, you will have an integral role in developing and implementing the Trust’s wider estates management strategy, and for driving forward best practice and compliance.

• have demonstrable management experience;
• have experience of estate and/or facilities management;
• have a flexible and proactive approach;
• demonstrate knowledge of Health & Safety and hygiene procedures and precautions; and
• have good written and oral communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school staff, children and stakeholders.
