Trust Estates & Facilities Manager job summary
The role of Trust Estates & Facilities Manager (EFM) is a crucial strategic appointment, supporting HEARTS to provide and enhance the already excellent opportunities and learning for our pupils.
As the Trust Estates & Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the environment across all of our settings, ensuring our pupils, families, colleagues and wider communities continue to thrive.
HEARTS Academy Trust is an innovative employer. You will be joining a highly supportive and ambitious organisation, working alongside over 200 like-minded professionals, including an executive team comprised of the CEO, CFO, COO, Director of Curriculum, Learning and Assessment, Deputy Director and an Executive Headteacher & Deputy CEO. There are also seven Heads of School/provision, with complimentary teaching staff, business and support staff including experienced cluster school business managers, catering and caretaking teams. Your expertise and experience in managing our estates and facilities will ensure that our pupils have safe, inspiring and welcoming spaces to learn, grow and explore.

Person Specification
As Trust Estates & Facilities Manager, you will be the strategic lead managing our physical assets, ensuring effectiveness, compliance and long-term sustainability for the benefit of the Trust.
You will work strategically as a member of the central team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and liaising closely with all Trust schools via Heads of School and individual, school-based site-supervisors.
You will also work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as well as other members of the Trust’s executive team including the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Deputy CEO and Executive Heads.
