Trust Estates Manager

Salary: Grade 9 £44,711 - £48710 per annum
37 hrs per week, (full year role)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trust Estates Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be someone who will take pride in ensuring our school estate is a welcoming and inspiring environment for our whole school community. Main responsibilities will include managing and overseeing the administration of trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have: -
- a professional qualification in health & safety management, such as NEBOSH
- experience in site management, preferably in an educational environment
- experience of a lettings environment
- excellent organisation and planning capability, managing multiple priorities alongside longer-term projects
- a full driving licence and/or the ability to travel to various locations at all times as required
