What skills and experience we're looking for

The Trust Estates Manager and the CEO of Southend East Community Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a Trust Estates Technician to support the Estates Team by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including security and supervision of the site and related equipment, and other caretaking duties including porterage, cleaning and maintenance.
