Thank you for your interest in the post of Trust Executive Headteacher (Secondary 11-19) at Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, values-driven Trust committed to providing the very best education for all our students. We are seeking an experienced and aspirational Headteacher to play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our secondary schools and shaping the future of our Trust.
As Executive Headteacher, you will be the Headteacher at St Clere’s Secondary School, leading the senior leadership team in its daily operations and overseeing an extensive DfE-approved new build and site remodelling. Beyond this, you will work collaboratively with our secondary Headteachers to further raise standards, ensure consistency, and deliver the Trust’s aspirations across our secondary phase. You will also lead in embedding our co-operative values, strengthening our 16-19 provision, and enhancing the partnerships between our schools and the wider community.
