What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Trust Head of School (Secondary) to join our secondary school team. You should have leadership experience with a track record of developing teachers and staff at all levels, forging excellent relationships and securing outstanding outcomes.
You will support the Trust Executive Headteacher to lead one of our nine secondary schools serving over 8,000 students, as well as be an active member of our Headteacher network. This is a rare opportunity for an existing Headteacher to further their development as part of a forward thinking MAT or a Deputy / Assistant Headteacher to benefit from our supportive model to move into their first headship role.
This is an opportunity to help shape the future of secondary education and strive for excellence at a time when the landscape is changing dramatically. An innovative and creative approach is key as well as the ability to influence and build relationships. The Trust is looking for a candidate to match the ambition they have and create a culture of collaboration to achieve it.
