Discovery Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint an outstanding Trust Inclusion Lead. The successful applicant will be a key member of the Trust Leadership Team and will be proactive in making a significant contribution to the future development of the Trust and our schools.
The post-holder will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for all aspects of inclusion across the Trust, creating a culture of constant improvement The post holder will be committed to the highest achievement for all – including the most vulnerable.
Applications are welcomed from qualified professionals, who are looking for career development into senior management from a position of middle management, or with existing experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will:

• demonstrate and model high expectations for staff and children
• have a passion and a proven track record of supporting SEND
• lead, motivate and inspire colleagues to continually achieve excellence and raise standards
