Trust Lead for Human Resources (Head of HR)
As the Trust's Lead for Human Resources (Head of HR) you will be responsible for development and communication people plans and solutions that meet needs of our academies, ensuring they are in line with Trust's values and ethos, considering affordability and compliance.
You will be a key advisor to leaders, providing a solution focused way to contribute to the delivery of high-quality outcomes for young people. Working as an integral part of the executive leadership team, providing people and outcomes focused solutions resulting in an effective and efficient workforce able to meet the Trust goals.
A hands on leadership approach, ensuring a responsible professional HR Service; ensuring the Trust and all schools remain compliant with employment law, people policies and best practice. Developing and implementing legally compliant people policies, reflective of our ethos and values and supporting academy leaders.
