Trust Premises Officer P/T job summary
To support and manage the
day-to-day work under the PFI contract (the private finance initiative managing school facilities) – facilities and estates across Kingsley
Primary School, Standens Barn Primary School, and The Abbey Primary
School. Maintaining contact between
Amey, Local Authority, Academies. Processing all the schools' changes and daily
PFI works.
To also support all our schools with health & safety
compliance. Working with our current Health & Safety support provider,
Handsam.
