Trust Primary Headteacher job summary
A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cornwall Education Learning Trust as the Headteacher of Mount Charles School from 1st September 2024. The successful candidate will provide professional leadership and management of the school in accordance with the Trust’s vision, values and school development plans and to be accountable for improving outcomes for all groups of pupils.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and exceptional practitioner who has the ability to lead the whole staff team to develop a strong learning environment with high expectations of learning, work, performance, academic achievement and behaviour.
