Trust Primary Senior Office Administrator
Term time plus one additional week - 36 hours and 40 mins per week, Monday – Friday. To commence as soon as possible.

The Pinnacle Learning Trust is looking to appoint a Trust Primary Senior Office Administrator to join the administration team supporting our primary and junior schools. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone currently working in school administration who is looking for the next step in their career.
The postholder will provide administrative, financial and operational support to the academy business and office managers and senior leadership colleagues, playing a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the school office, building good relationships with all pupils, parents, staff, governors and outside agencies. The school office is an extremely dynamic, busy and fast paced environment, requiring someone who is a team player and has the ability to multitask, whilst remaining calm. The successful candidate will be friendly and approachable, committed to providing an excellent service, and will pay particular attention to detail.
We are looking to appoint a hardworking, honest, dependable and self-motivated person who can demonstrate a firm commitment to the ethos, aims and values of the school. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to their work and ability to work independently as well as play a key role within a busy team. You should have excellent communication skills and experience of working in education in an administration and/or finance role.
The post holder will be required to travel between our trust academies in the Oldham area (within a 3 mile radius)

Broadfield Primary School serves around 400 pupils, aged 2 to 11 years old.
