Job summary

NET Academies Trust are looking for a full-time SENCo who will carry out SENCo responsibilities across the Trust as directed by the Lead. The successful candidate will join our effective team on a permanent basis from September 2021. Applicants must be appropriately qualified and have experience in leading SEND provision in a primary setting. The role will be working across the Harlow academies based in West Essex.

The successful applicant will be required to:

- Carry out the duties of a SENCo in our academy
- Advise on strategies, curriculum adaptations and communication interventions
- Assess, observe and provide recommendations
