What skills and experience we're looking for

Trustees are responsible for:

• Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;
• Holding executive leaders to account for the welfare and educational performance of the trust and its pupils;
• Overseeing the financial performance of the trust and making sure its money is well spent.

Our Board meets up to four times per year which includes the AGM. In addition, the Board operates three sub-committees for:

• Finance, Audit & Risk
• Safeguarding
• Quality of Education
• Remuneration
