Tutor (Multiple Subjects) job summary
Are you a creative, passionate tutor? Join Harris Academy Peckham as a Graduate Tutor and support the learning of our fantastic young people.
We are interested in hearing from people who would like to tutor in maths/science or English.
Your opportunity
We are currently looking to appoint dedicated tutors to deliver programmes of study to small groups of students alonside classroom support within our thriving academy. This will suit a dedicated and passionate graduate with aspirations to work within an outstanding learning environment. This is a fantastic first step into education, working with our young people by providing engaging and encouraging support. It is important that the successful candidate is passionate about their subject and is looking to thrive in a supportive and growth-orientated work environment.
You will work with students either on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups to provide dedicated intervention support which meets the individual needs of our students. The role will also involve in-class support and you will help prepare and deliver sessions, and mark/assess work.
