Part time: 37 hours per week. Term time plus inset days. Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 4.00pm, Friday: 8.00am – 3.30pm. Includes a 20-minute paid break and 30-minute unpaid lunch.

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful applicant will have:

Essential:

  • Understanding of safeguarding and pastoral support needs
  • Experience working with young people
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths
  • Excellent organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Desirable:

  • Experience in an educational or youth setting
  • First Aid at Work qualification (or willingness to train)
