What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will have recent experience working with children in a learning environment, excellent subject knowledge and a thorough understanding of the current curriculum. Candidates will need to evidence a committed approach to ensuring that all pupils under their care, regardless of ability, have the opportunity to make excellent progress.
