Our happy, caring and safe environment encourages our pupils to develop self-confidence and independence; have a positive attitude to learning and become confident in their abilities

We are proud to promote this new and exciting internal opportunity to further develop our support staff. These roles will allow you to share your teaching skills within the classroom by developing motivational and challenging teaching that inspires our pupils and helps them continue to flourish.

We are looking for:

Staff who have excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff and parents.

Staff who are committed to the involvement of children and parents working together.

Staff who are dedicated to achieving high standards in all areas.

Staff who are enthusiastic about helping the school to meet the challenges of the future.

Staff who are passionate about providing great learning opportunities both in class and the wider curriculum.

We can offer you:

The opportunity to make a difference to children’s education

Full support from an experienced Leadership team in your school and across the Trust.

Planning and preparation time, training and support for your own professional development, and the opportunity to network within our trust of primary schools.

A well-planned curriculum with high-quality resources that support planning and delivery.
