We are looking for somebody that can confidently lead literacy as well be a classteacher for our Year 5 /6 class. You will be given management time and CPD to carry out the role and will have the ability to inspire and drive forward standards. We have recently become involved with an English Hub and we are looking for someone to shape the teaching of Literacy throughout the school.
You will need to be forward thinking, have high expectations and be able to lead and model change as well as being a exciting inspiring teacher.

Recent Key Stage 2 teaching experience that is at least consistently good.
Experience of planning, implementing, assessing and tracking pupil progress across the current curriculum.
Understanding of curriculum and best practice
Commitment to a varied and exciting learning experiences
Use a variety of creative teaching methods
Understanding of assessment practice, use of data and process tracking
Understanding of how to use assessment to inform planning for teaching and learning
