We’re looking for an exceptional Vice Principal to help lead us on our journey of sustained excellence.

We want to hear from outstanding leaders who have proven success within a school leadership role. You will be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with the natural ability to inspire and motivate both pupils and peers.

As an exceptional teacher and leader, you will make a significant contribution to the success and leadership of our school, working closely with the Principal to deliver excellence in education. As a Star leader, you’ll join the Star Academies family, a high-performing and supportive network of primary and secondary schools with some of the best leaders in education.

You will have:

• A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience of senior leadership and management within a school setting.
• Experience of successful and sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
• A strong commitment to our STAR values.

Eden Girls’ School, Coventryis a Muslim faith-based secondary school for 11 to 18 year old girls, which welcomes pupils from all faiths and none. We opened in 2014 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism. We are extremely proud to be one of the highest performing schools in the country, with the 3rdbest Progress 8 score nationally for our 2019GCSE results. We were graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted during our first inspection in July 2017.

Eden Girls’ School, Coventry is a 700 place 11-18 Muslim faith-based girls’ secondary school. It opened in September 2014, admitting 157 students into Years 7 and 8, and has continued to build up its pupil numbers year on year.
