Great Yarmouth Charter Academy is a school on the verge of great things. Having secured a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted the school is now eager to appoint the hardworking, dedicated and inspirational Vice Principal that will help to take the school to new heights in the coming years. We are a traditional school that is built on the principles of respect, courtesy and hard work and have high standards and expectations of both pupils and staff. About Great Yarmouth Charter Academy:

We are extremely proud of all that we have achieved in recent years. Going from a Inadequate to a Good Ofsted rating in two years is just one of the areas that demonstrates the enormous progress that the school has made
We have a particularly strong and effective focus on behavioural and pastoral policies, which is demonstrated by the recent staff survey results for which 94% of staff felt supported when managing pupil behaviour
We promote and encourage and positive, friendly and supporting working ethos, with 83% of staff agreed that they would recommend Great Yarmouth Charter Academy as a good place to work
