Vice Principal job summary

The opportunity

We are looking for a Vice Principal who will be an inspirational role model to our pupils and work with both teachers and the wider school community to establish a supportive and nurturing learning environment in which children make rapid academic progress. You will have high expectations of yourself and others, be rigorous and consistent, be reflective and able to hold others to account. A key element of the role will be to lead, develop and support exemplary teaching and learning for pupils with SEND, by ensuring their learning needs are identified at the earliest opportunity and supported in accessing Ark Bentworth’s broad and rich curriculum.
