What skills and experience we're looking for

Ash Hill Academy are looking to appoint a Vice Principal to join our Academy in September 2024 on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is ideal for an individual with a track record of impact as a senior leader, who thrives on challenge and has the ability to inspire. It is ideally suited to pastoral support; however, this is not essential criteria.

As a Vice Principal, you will support the Associate Principal and other SLT members to provide high quality leadership and management in line with the needs of the Academy and ensure the Academy runs at the most effective level possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, hardworking, and dedicated leader to join Ash Hill Academy. Working closely with the Associate Principal, you'll play a pivotal role in developing high-quality education and pastoral provision for our pupils.

The role is ideal for an individual with a track record of impact as a senior leader, who thrives on challenge and has the ability to inspire. It is ideally suited to pastoral support; however, this is not essential criteria.
