Vice Principal - Barriers to Learning job summary

• To play an active role in the leadership and strategic direction of the Academy.
• To act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Academy and lead the safeguarding function and act as SEN Lead Co-ordinator.
• To lead the Disadvantaged Strategy within the academy, including Children Looked After in Education
• To be responsible for leading on activity in relation student attendance and behaviour.
• To lead on the Alternative Provision within the Academy and contribute to the wider aspects of Alternative Provision across EMAT
