Vice Principal: Behaviour and Culture job summary

We are seeking to appoint a passionate leader of behaviour who wants to be highly visible to staff and students and build relationships which foster an ethos of belonging at our thriving academy.

The post holder will provide impact driven, strategic leadership of behaviour and culture, ensuring consistent excellence and high expectation for all through a clear process of support and challenge to the quality of behaviour and attitudes, professional standards, whole- school routines and positive relationships.
