Vice Principal job summary
Start date: April/September 2022
This successful and oversubscribed 11-16 school is seeking to appoint a dynamic, experienced senior leader to motivate and inspire students and staff.
Leadership ability is the primary focus of the selection criteria. Applications are therefore encouraged from ambitious leaders with expertise in raising standards and a proven record of impact at senior leadership level. The specific responsibilities of the role will be aligned to the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
Breckland School is a safe and happy school with very high standards, where young people thrive both inside and beyond the classroom. The school is committed to the local community and is undergoing the first of two exciting expansion programmes, increasing capacity to 600 students by September 2022, and to 750 students in the future.

You will also possess the commitment, skills and character required to make an impact and provide an outstanding role model for all members of the school community.
