Vice Principal job summary
We are looking for an ambitious and innovative leader with a successful track record of school improvement. This post offers the opportunity for involvement in all aspects of school leadership and management and the successful candidate will contribute to a range of whole school responsibilities. However, in the first instance the key responsibilities for this post will include the leadership of significant elements of the pastoral system. The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in safeguarding, attendance, behaviour management and in developing alternative curriculum pathways.
