Vice Principal job summary

The Priory Learning Trust (TPLT) is looking to recruit a Vice Principal to join our leadership team at Castle Batch Primary School Academy (CBPSA). We need an exceptional primary leader with the ability, passion and enthusiasm to develop, promote and support the vision and direction of the school enabling it to build success through high quality education for all. As part of our desire to grow leaders we are looking for a Vice-Principal who is aspiring to be a Principal in the next few years.

As the Vice Principal you will be an ambassador for CBPSA and the Trust and continue to enhance outcomes for all children through a passion for quality curriculum, pedagogy and assessment. You will work closely as part of a great community of learners to provide for the spiritual, moral, cultural, social and emotional needs of all.

To be considered for this role you should have:

• A deep commitment to the education, safeguarding and well-being of children and young people;
• Extensive experience working across the primary age range;
• Exceptional knowledge of primary education and how children learn;
• Passion for quality curriculum design leading to positive outcomes for all children;
• Proven ability to lead effectively ensuring that everyone is encouraged to excel;
• Excellent communication skills.
