About the role
The Vice Principal will lead on the ‘Quality of education’ across the whole academy as well as a wide range of day to day organisational and strategic responsibilities including deputising for the Principal. The successful candidate will promote and personify the Academy motto and values, and inspire and motivate all children, parents and staff to strive to achieve their dreams and ambitions and the Academy vision. There will be a teaching commitment of up to 2 days.
