Vice Principal job summary

Following the promotion of the current Vice Principal to a Headship in another Catholic Secondary school in Leicester, and the imminent retirement of another, English Martyr’s Catholic School is looking to appoint two Vice Principals from August 2020. The successful candidates will work closely with the Principal, supporting his strategic vision for the school and developing the skills of our ambitious and determined staff.
The new appointees will be strategic thinkers and planners with clear and principled vision in leading others through effective, long-term, change-management, with humility and determination. As practising and committed catholic educators, they will hold a deeply personal commitment to the excellent and broad secondary provision that serves our diverse community.
