Vice Principal job summary
Applications are invited for the above post. We are seeking an ambitious and proactive leader with a proven track recond of excellence to join Haywood Academy and work closely with the Principal in the delivery of outstanding pastoral care, inclusion and safeguarding.
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to take a pivotal role in helping drive the future of this 11-18 Academy on its journey to becoming a ‘great’ school. The successful candidate will have enjoyed a range of experiences to date that will have prepared them for this role. You will be an outstanding teacher who can demonstrate a track record of raising standards and importantly you will be child centered and be able to inspire young people to be the best that they can be.
