What skills and experience we're looking for
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Vice Principal at Parkfield Primary School to support the Principal in the leadership and management of the school, taking a lead in inclusion.
To support us in our journey to achieving the best possible outcomes and excellence for our pupils, we are seeking to appoint a skilled and committed Vice Principal with responsibility for all matters related to inclusion. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of our inclusion strategy, ensuring that all pupils, regardless of background or ability, receive the support they need to succeed.

Parkfield is a two form entry Primary Academy in North West London. 94% of the children speak more than one language and between them they can speak over 50. Our curriculum is designed to be challenging but at the same time fun and creative. We start from the children's many experiences and offer them as wide a range of opportunities as possible.
