This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our growing school. We are looking for an inspirational, passionate practitioner to join our leadership team who can continue to support us in creating a high performing, truly inclusive culture to secure the very best, consistent teaching for our children.
At Rosecliffe we GROW. As a new school in Edwalton we will continue to see this growth during the next academic year. This Inclusion role is an exciting one for us as we grow our leadership team and meet the needs of all of our children, particularly disadvantaged and SEND.
We are looking for someone who is:
- an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupils' progress;
- has a commitment to enable children to reach their full potential and be committed to educating the 'whole child'
- has a knowledge and understanding of an ambitious and progressive curriculum for all.
- has experience as a SENDCO
- has a passion for raising the achievement of disadvantaged pupils .
- has an ability to inspire staff and children.
- has a commitment to work closely as a team member.

We have approaching 16000 children and young people in our academies and employ more than 2200 teachers, leaders and educational support professionals across the East Midlands.
