The Governors of the Academy are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Vice Principal to inspire senior leaders & staff at this outstanding Primary Academy within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park of East London. The role arises as a result of the academy’s growth and will provide additional leadership capacity as the academy reaches its full capacity.
The ideal applicant will be passionate about education, have the determination to work effectively with students of all abilities and possess the drive and talent to steer staff and pupils towards outstanding achievement. You will have a proven track-record of accomplishment through successful leadership and outstanding classroom practice across all key stages. The role will require you to focus on ensuring that no barriers to attainment are allowed to prevent pupils’ learning & attainment.
