Vice Principal job summary

• Successful senior leadership experience in a secondary school
• A belief in high achievement for all students regardless of background
• A proven record of raising and maintaining standards
• Talent, knowledge and experience of performing with quality, consistency and rigour
• The ability to inspire students and staff to be the best they can be
