The role and what we are looking for:

Joining an established and strong senior leadership team with a proven track record of leadership qualities you will drive the delivery of excellent quality of education. The role is ideally suited to an individual who is seeking to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for Headship. There is a strong acceptance from the staff that this is central to the success of the Academy and therefore the right candidate for the role is vital.

You will be an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of school improvement. As a calm and reflective leader, you will have the skills to build the capacity of our very able Leadership Team. A sound understanding of school improvement strategies is key, as well as the ability to manage change and motivate staff and the community towards the achievement of clear and inspirational goals. You will also have exceptional interpersonal skills and resilience.
