We are seeking exceptional and experienced leaders with a proven track record of school transformation to work alongside the Principal and the senior leadership team to support and raise aspirations and attainment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic leader with the drive, vision and commitment to excellence. With a clear focus on delivering excellence, you will ensure effective leadership is in place throughout the Academy and continue to raise standards. By delivering a broad and challenging curriculum, you will enable every child to reach or exceed their potential. This Deep Leadership position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work across the other Deeps within the academy (Deep Learning, Deep Support, Deep Experience). The role will give strategic oversight to whole school responsibilities and initiatives; these could include Mental Well Being, Oracy, Attendance and Praise Culture.
You will need the tenacity and integrity to deliver in an outstanding Academy and the ability to communicate a vision that inspires, motivates and enthuses staff, children and the community as a whole.
