The Role

We are seeking an inspirational, ambitious and strategic leader who can build on the many strengths of the Academy and work in partnership with our recently appointed Principal. The key focus of the role will be for all aspects of pastoral care within the academy, including the rewards and house systems.

Working with the Principal you’ll set the vision for the future of the Academy, putting the right people and plans in place to see that our young people leave the Academy feeling proud of what they’ve achieved and full of confidence for the future.

You will be part of our professional, supportive and friendly team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with vulnerable students and having a positive impact on their lives. The role will involve working in partnership with academy leaders, classroom-based staff, parents, pupils and other professionals in order to address the barriers to learning our students experience to allow them to engage with education.
