Vice Principal job summary

Vice Principal with leadership responsibility for Outcomes across the Academy - start date either 4th November or January 2020

Queen’s Park Academy is looking to appoint a Vice Principal who is ambitious and has passion, drive and commitment to continue the improvement of life chances of all our pupils.

The Vice Principal will contribute to the successful strategic leadership of the Academy and will be accountable, as a member of the senior leadership team, for inspiring, managing and leading staff and students to achieve their very best and to promote the culture that celebrates and promotes academic and wider achievement.

Alongside these attributes, candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively enthuse and lead others and a commitment to ongoing CPD relevant to their position. The successful candidate will have a teaching commitment with release time provided for their outcomes responsibilities.
