Vice Principal job summary
We are seeking an experienced senior leader for a Vice Principal position who specialises in mathematics. This position is initially fixed term for one year.
OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will have experience leading whole school initiatives which have improved student progress, behaviour for learning or impacted the culture of the school. You will have experience of successfully managing departmental and pastoral areas, leading to consistent teaching and learning in the classroom and supporting children with individual needs.
The successful candidate will be specialised in leading and teaching mathematics, so they can provide support and guidance to the mathematics department improving the effectiveness of the team.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual who has developed key leadership skills including empathy, understanding, drive, determination and knowledge of the most recent educational initiatives which have proven impact.
