a practising Catholic and is fully committed to the ethos and purpose of Catholic education;
- an excellent classroom teacher with high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour;
- able to lead and manage a range of people and can give evidence of their leadership experience and the positive impact this has had;
- passionate about ensuring our children develop as well-rounded, happy and confident individuals;
