Vice Principal: Standards and Achievement job summary

The Littlehampton Academy is looking to appoint an inspiring and effective leader to our senior leadership team.

You will have an outstanding track record in educational leadership with demonstrable success. You will be a strategic and analytical thinker, with the personal authority and communication skills to make a difference. You will be committed to developing strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels, recognising that progress is only possible when the whole team is focused on the same goal.
